Does $15/month guarantee customer leads?
No. Your listing can help people discover your business, but inquiries depend on customer demand, your specialties, and the directory’s actual traffic. We do not promise a particular number of leads or search rankings.
Is the “Owner verified” badge included with payment?
Verification is available to free and paid listings. A business receives an owner-verified designation only after our team reviews the ownership claim. Payment never purchases a verification badge.
Can I cancel my Pro membership?
Yes. Pro is billed monthly, with subscription management and cancellation available in your business dashboard once billing is enabled. Your basic free listing can remain, subject to directory rules.
Do I pay before my business is approved?
No. Create an account, submit or claim your shop, and complete the ownership review first. You can activate Pro once the shop is approved and eligible for billing.
Can I buy sponsored placement?
Sponsored advertising will be available separately when market inventory is activated. Sponsored positions will always be labeled, and purchasing an ad will not buy organic search rank or verification.
