What we collect
If you request a quote, we collect your name, contact details, garment/project specifications, deadline and any artwork you choose to upload. Business owners supply account information and details of their shop.
How quote requests work
We share project details only with shops you select and that opted in to receive marketplace requests. We document your consent. We do not sell an unrelated list of consumer information.
Uploads and security
Artwork is stored privately. Unreviewed attachments remain quarantined and cannot be downloaded by shops. We use session controls, access checks and anti-abuse measures. We will establish a published retention schedule before accepting live uploads.
Marketing
Marketing consent is separate and optional. Declining promotional emails does not prevent a quote request.
Contact and rights
Before launch, the operator must provide a functioning privacy contact, retention terms, deletion process, jurisdictional disclosures and a procedure for access/correction requests.
