Send clear originals
Provide a high-resolution logo and vector files if available. A vector file is not itself an embroidery stitch file; the design usually must be digitized for the machine.
Clarify physical placement
Identify garment, size in inches, position, thread colors and whether fine lettering should be simplified. Ask for a digital proof and, when practical, a sewn sample before production.
Confirm usage rights
Only submit marks and artwork you have permission to reproduce.
