BUYER GUIDE / FAQ

Embroidery shop directory questions.

Clear answers about business listings, quote requests and choosing an embroidery provider.

Frequently asked questions

Does a public listing mean the shop is owner-verified?

No. A public listing is a directory record and does not prove that the business owner claimed or verified it. Owner verification is shown separately after the verification process.

Does an embroidery business need a paid membership to appear?

No. Eligible public business listings can appear without a membership or claimed account. The $15 monthly Pro membership adds enhanced business features and does not grant a verified badge.

Can I send a quote request to every listed shop?

No. Marketplace quote requests are delivered only to published businesses that separately opted in to receive them. A public directory listing alone does not imply quote participation.

How should I compare embroidery providers?

Confirm that the provider offers your required service, then compare the garment, placement, artwork digitizing, stitch details, quantity, setup charges, turnaround, shipping and proofing terms.

What details should I include in an embroidery quote request?

Include the garment or product, quantity, logo dimensions and placement, thread colors, artwork status, deadline, fulfillment preference and whether you will provide the garments.

How is a custom embroidery quote calculated?

Providers may consider stitch count, digitizing, thread changes, garment type, placement, order quantity, production setup and deadline. Ask each shop for its current written quote; general pricing information is not a binding estimate.
